IPMA Delta is IPMA's organisational certification approach for project, programme and portfolio management competence. Its model brings together organisational competence, individual competence and project excellence through OCB, ICB and PEB.
Sarmad's advisory service focuses on readiness: understanding current practices, identifying gaps and preparing evidence and improvement actions. Formal assessment and certification are conducted through the relevant IPMA certification arrangements; this consulting service does not itself issue an IPMA certificate.

How does Delta differ from individual IPMA certification?
Delta concerns organisational competence. Individual certification concerns a person's competence; it is a different certification route.
Does Sarmad issue the IPMA Delta certificate through this service?
This page offers consulting and readiness support. Formal assessment and certification must be arranged with the relevant authorised certification body.
Can an organisation improve without applying for certification?
Yes. The gap review and improvement roadmap can support management development even when a certification application is not the immediate objective.
